Day #2 of my personal Weight Watchers challenge and my whole life challenge with the 50 pounds of fat I've been fighting with for the past 15 years.
Did so well yesterday. I had forgotten how eazzy peezzy this program was to follow and how aware you become of what goes into the pie hole all day long.
I woke this morning feeling a little less bloaty, but the heavy feet hit the floor reminding me of why I'm doing this in the first place so I'm instantly motivated for this second day.
Sadly, my back is out and wow, I've become that woman. You know the whiney, body aching, woman I never wanted to be.
I am off to look at possible future homes today. I'm so glad I don't have to do it alone. A new friend and a realtor who is a hoot is going with me because my hubby has to work.
I'll let you know how it goes.
Blessings to you and here's to, as I raise my glass of lemon water, what's ahead and to shrinking numbers and better health.
See ya!

Hang in there. My back went out last month, I can relate. Here's to patience. (I'm raising a cup of black java) Backs need patience to heal, bodies need patience to reshape.
ReplyDeleteGood for you. I also joined last week. I gained 15lbs when Mom was sick so I have to lose that just to get back to where I was. I am hoping for one lb a week! Dianntha
